• Familiarity with credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements are desirable.

• Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing relationships to cross-sell.
• Serves on the sales team; conducts group sales calls to generate new business.

• Develops and manages commercial loan accounts to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
• Ensures timely loan closing and funding; negotiates terms and documents.
• Maintains credit quality and portfolio administration per guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; completes mandatory training.
