You will develop plans to win new relationships, negotiate terms, and work with credit teams to deliver credit and treasury solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or approved equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proven ability to win and retain new relationships aligned with risk appetite.
• 7 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or equivalent with commercial banking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop a calling plan to maintain and grow existing relationships and acquire new clients.
• Prospect and negotiate terms for credit and non-credit banking services with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Loan Coordinators, Credit Analysts, and Treasury Management Officers to service commercial clients.
• Present loan and treasury solutions and ensure compliance with bank policies.
