Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in New Jersey to manage a portfolio of commercial clients with annual sales of $20-100MM+. The role focuses on retaining, expanding, and sourcing relationships through a broad network of CPAs, attorneys, PE firms, and investment banks.

You will work with credit colleagues to develop financial analyses, monitor loan covenants, and participate in risk reviews while interfacing with multiple internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of commercial banking relationship management experience.
• Established network of centers of influence and proven business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to deliver non-credit products (Cash Management, Capital Markets, Wealth).
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on loan analysis.
• Track loan portfolio for covenants and risk; perform annual reviews.
• Interact with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers and committees.
