WSFS Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients with annual sales typically between $20-100MM+ and exposures of $10-50MM+. You will drive non-credit product opportunities and partner with credit teams to assess financials and structuring options.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a track record in business development, and the ability to manage complex client portfolios with a focus on growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of commercial banking relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business, prospect and manage commercial client relationships.
• Experience with mezzanine financing and credit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to deliver non-credit products (Cash Management, Capital Markets, Wealth).
• Partner with credit associates to develop and analyze financial background data for loans.
• Track existing loan portfolio to ensure conformity with terms and covenants, monitor trends, and perform annual reviews.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, credit officers and committees.
