Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to develop and manage new commercial deposit and loan accounts, while expanding existing client relationships. Qualifications

Must have demonstrated skills in commercial credit underwriting, business development and portfolio management for mid-sized companies.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to cross-sell banking products including loans, deposits and treasury management.

Responsibilities

Identify deposit driven commercial relationships and present solutions using treasury management, wealth products and other services.
Manage and service commercial relationships by interviewing applicants and obtaining pertinent financial data.
Analyze financial information and determine whether a credit is an acceptable risk.
Approve loans within assigned lending authority and company policies and procedures.
Monitor ongoing loan terms and conditions and assist with larger credits as needed.
Develop knowledge of all commercial products to facilitate cross-selling and enhance client experience.
