Job summary

Seattle Bank in downtown Seattle seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to manage high-value commercial relationships, structure complex lending solutions, and drive growth in a fast-paced, digitally driven banking environment. You will collaborate with Credit Administration and other RMs to deliver tailored financial strategies while focusing on risk management and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; higher education preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in private or commercial banking, or wealth management.
• 5+ years’ experience as relationship or portfolio manager.
• Strong credit analysis, loan structuring and financial product knowledge.
• Experience with commercial credit underwriting, including secured financing.

Responsibilities

• Lead key commercial client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Originate, structure, and negotiate term loans, lines of credit, and asset-based credits.
• Oversee portfolio profitability, credit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Drive new business via prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Mentor junior RMs and credit analysts; improve processes.
