Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field and 4 years commercial lending, credit or bank sales experience.
• Working knowledge of bank products, credit and lending techniques.
• Ability to expand loans, client relationships and bank products.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of standard lending principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, analyze and maintain client relationships.
• Provide credit, deposit or banking services and guidance to meet needs.
• Analyze risk and profitability of assigned clients for credit terms.
• Solicit additional products and services to clients.
