Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain commercial real estate clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our client base.
