Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a skilled professional to manage the commercial aspects of large-scale projects from tender through completion. You will handle contract review, risk mitigation, margin protection, and ensure accurate project controlling and accounting.

You will oversee cash flow, forecasts, and liquidity planning, manage change orders and claims, and support dispute resolution with clients and subcontractors, working closely with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial project management, contract management, or project accounting.
• Knowledge of contract management, project accounting, and construction processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel to projects and sites.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial activities for large-scale projects from development to completion.
• Review contracts with stakeholders to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
• Support and validate legally binding correspondence and escalation processes.
• Create and monitor liquidity plans; manage project cash flow.
• Validate and collect project claims and manage customer complaints.
• Oversee project forecasting and keep margins on track, including dispute resolution.
• Conduct project accounting transactions for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment of scope, schedule and deliverables.
