Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Phoenix to provide technical and administrative support to a rotating team of Project Managers on building automation and direct-owner projects. You will manage bookings, material procurement, change orders, and invoicing while helping control costs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings and specifications, and contribute to risk management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1-3 years coordinating project managers or admin support in construction/building automation/HVAC.
• 2+ years in building automation or controls.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project bookings, material procurement, and change order documentation.
• Ensure projects are booked accurately and financial forms are completed.
• Maintain project documents and information for the project team.
• Forecast costs and track budget performance; assist with invoicing and collections.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and installation teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Support engineering start-up, commissioning and training as needed.
