Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Specialist to oversee on-site technical operations, supervise field technicians, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.

You will troubleshoot building controls, configure systems, prepare startup and commissioning documents, and support sales with estimates and change orders while maintaining accurate time sheets and project documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or two-year technical degree in HVAC or Electronics preferred.
3+ years of experience in building automation controls and building management systems using systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, Metasys, Desigo, or BACnet.
3-5 years' experience programming, configuring, and debugging HVAC and DDC controller software.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for ongoing service engineering and building system controls.
Coordinate resources and supervise field technicians to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
Debug installation issues during startup and commissioning of building controls and special systems.
Prepare startup documents and logs, and ensure accurate time sheets and project documentation.
Assist in estimating, change orders, and interface with sales for project scope and budgets.
