Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support rotating Project Managers on building automation and direct-owner projects. You’ll help with job bookings, procurement, change orders, and timely invoicing to drive project profitability.

You’ll coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, review submittals, budgets, and schedules, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Procore or MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years coordinating projects in construction or BAS.
• 2+ years in building automation or BAS.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Ability to read control diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Input to sales/ops on estimating, value engineering and resource needs.
• Book projects accurately in internal systems and start lifecycle.
• Provide documents for team to maximize productivity and stay on schedule.
• Forecast costs and manage budgets, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time.
