Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and owner-direct projects from award through closeout. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, materials, and change orders, partnering with sales, operations, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC/building automation and project management, strong budgeting skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC and/or Building Automation and PM experience.
• 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience or related field.
• Proficient in interpreting and managing billing processes, including schedules of values.
• Strong budgeting principles, tracking and forecasting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction or owner-direct projects from award to closeout.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, materials, and change orders.
• Lead interfaces with sales, operations, engineering, and subcontractors.
• Forecast costs, invoicing, and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate material orders and ensure equipment compatibility.
• Support estimating, value engineering, and change order opportunities.
