Job summary

The role involves coordinating with Credit Administration on collection of financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, borrowing bases and annual servicing, while monitoring the financial health of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships and loans.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration on collection of financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, borrowing base and annual servicing.
• Monitor the financial condition of the commercial loan portfolio.
• Process loan renewals, line of credit draw requests, letter of credit renewals, and new loan requests as needed.
• Monitor past due, borrowing base, covenant tracking and maturity lists; work with Lending Assistants and CLUs to keep files updated.
• Assist CTL/AE with projects and workflow, including credit origination software.
