Responsibilities include reviewing credit documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, balancing transactions, and assisting post-closing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years LaserPro commercial experience.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loans with the loan officer, ensuring complete and compliant documents.
• Prepare loan documents for closing using information from the loan application, profile, and title policy.
• Review credit files to determine additional documentation needs (entity papers, credit reports, contracts, title, etc.).
• Balance transactions by verifying wires, payoffs, and generating general ledger tickets and cashier’s checks.
• Post-closing processing may include instruction letters and coordination with title company.
• Maintain procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Greet visitors as Loan Servicing Receptionist and maintain the visitor log.
• All other duties as assigned.
