Responsibilities

• Perform loan input and maintenance in core banking system (JHA Silverlake).
• Image loan documents into Synergy and reconcile reports.
• Process 1502 reporting and SBA submissions; manage loan disbursements.
• Handle payments, line of credit, and construction draws; finalize closed loans.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
