Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager in Walnut Creek, CA to manage policy maintenance and service for mid-size to large accounts. You will work with client advisors to review exposures, market programs, and prepare proposals focused on risk management and value.

This role emphasizes retention, cross-selling opportunities, and extraordinary client service. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in commercial insurance, a bachelor’s degree, and a state P&C license, along with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
Hold and maintain appropriate state Property and Casualty Insurance license.
Initiate, obtain, and maintain CISR Elite, CIC or other advanced designations.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong client relationships and support account updates.
Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and programs for assigned clients.
Market, quote, and prepare proposals with risk management focus to optimize coverage and cost.
Provide day-to-day service, respond promptly to client questions and issues.
Monitor endorsements, claims, and carrier progress; ensure timely communication.
