Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a large commercial insurance book. This on-site role is based in Glendale, CA (or Towson, MD) and focuses on client servicing, renewals, and relationships rather than sales.

You will act as the main contact for clients, coordinate with carriers and underwriters, and ensure accurate policy administration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial insurance, holds a Property & Casualty license, and can work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience required.
• Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and renewals.
• Ability to explain coverage changes clearly to clients.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, underwriters, and producers.
• Proficient in agency management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial clients.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, audits, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with producer, carrier, and underwriting teams to support client retention.
• Review policies for accuracy and provide renewal recommendations.
