Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager in Las Vegas to lead policy maintenance, service, and client retention for a portfolio of mid-size to large accounts. You will collaborate with client advisors to review exposures, market programs, and prepare proposals focused on risk management and value.

The role emphasizes proactive service, timely communication, and growing client relationships in a dynamic environment with on-site collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Understanding of accounting or strong math skills.
• High attention to detail with minimal errors.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related technology.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships and assist client advisors on updates and coverage for mid-size to large accounts.
• Review exposures and programs, determine best carrier fit considering coverage and cost.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals with risk management perspective.
• Provide day-to-day service and timely responses to client questions.
• Handle initial claims reports and follow up on progress.
• Monitor carrier activities and endorsements to ensure client needs are met.
• Conduct account reviews and seek opportunities to expand coverage.
• Maintain client records and organize referrals to other lines of business.
• Communicate professionally with clients, teams, and carriers.
