Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a detail-oriented insurance professional to support account executives, service client accounts, and issue binders while processing invoices and changes. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely communication with clients.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of insurance experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of insurance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems.
• Knowledge of Applied/Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Build relationships with clients and respond to basic insurance questions.
• Maintain appropriate business contact with clients.
• Assist with issuing insurance binders.
• Process invoices for new and renewal policies.
• Process change requests from clients and endorsements from carriers.
• Invoice and explain premium adjustments to clients.
• Update systems and shared drives during coverage terms.
• Prepare loss summaries and obtain NFIP flood determinations where applicable.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.
