OneDigital in Rutland, VT is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support mid-market commercial clients and assist the Account Executive in servicing and growth efforts.

You will build strong client relationships, handle policy inquiries, issue binders, and manage invoices for new and renewal policies in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities to develop expertise in Property & Casualty coverage and related systems.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of insurance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems (Applied/Epic).
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
• Maintain appropriate business contact with clients and issue insurance binders.
• Process invoices for new and renewal policies and client changes.
• Update systems and drive documents for policy changes and renewals.
• Prepare loss summaries and loss runs for renewals.
• Generate ID cards and certificates of insurance.
• Follow up on open activities and obtain quotes as needed.
