Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned book of business and work closely with service teams, Personal Lines Managers, and Producers to exceed client expectations. You’ll be the primary contact for insurance-related service needs and drive growth through advisory support and cross-sale opportunities.

The role emphasizes leadership within the service team, strong communication with clients, and thorough knowledge of property casualty products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or consultative experience
• Experience in a broker agency is required
• Knowledge of property casualty and ancillary products
• Familiarity with quoting processes and tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business
• Performs marketing, quoting, binding, and renewals tasks
• Serves as advisory resource for clients
• Delegates work to internal service team
• Manages day-to-day client issues
• Conducts needs analysis and strategy calls
• Supports growth through cross-sale opportunities
• Builds client relationships through proactive communication
• Educates clients on industry trends and changes
• Leads within the extended service team
