Job summary

OneDigital is hiring for an Account Services role supporting Account Executives by marketing and servicing insurance clients. The role covers processing binders, invoices, endorsements, and maintaining strong client relationships across renewals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of insurance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
• Maintain appropriate business contact with clients and issue insurance binders.
• Process invoices for new and renewal policies and change requests.
