Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of business, collaborating with the internal service team, Personal Lines Manager and Producers to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary contact for insurance-related needs, conduct needs analyses, pursue cross-sale opportunities, and build lasting client relationships while navigating a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or consultative role.
• Broker agency experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of property casualty and ancillary products.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; required.
• Familiarity with quoting processes and tools; preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Marketing, quoting, binding and renewals tasks.
• Advises clients on insurance needs and strategy.
• Delegates work to internal service team members.
• Manages day-to-day client issues and communications.
• Conducts needs analysis and strategy calls.
• Pursues cross-sale opportunities when available.
• Builds relationships through proactive communication.
