Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support RFP/quoting, manage client and carrier pipelines, and help with revenue tracking. You will develop client materials, coordinate with brokers, and assist with vendor relationships across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database tools.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/quoting process and pipeline with carriers and clients.
• Prioritize RFP pipeline with broker clients and schedule pre-renewal calls.
• Create content for meetings, client training, and analytics reporting.
• Track and reconcile book of business revenue with consultants.
• Provide administrative support including travel and expense reports.
• Support carrier relationships and onboarding of new clients.
