Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Manager for the Small Business Unit to manage client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and align insurance programs with clients' growth plans. The role requires industry knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to leverage AI tools for superior service.

You will serve as the primary client contact, develop tailored plans, and support renewals and carrier communications while ensuring accuracy in proposals and binders.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required and must be maintained.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or required in some locations.
• High School Diploma; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for clients, guiding coverage changes and policy terms.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and risk management strategies for clients.
• Assist in renewals, remarketing, and proposal preparation with quotations and policies.
• Coordinate loss evaluations and assist with claim support with carriers and adjusters.
• Adopt AI tools and technology to enhance client service and drive process improvements.
