Job summary

Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial loans. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial lending preferred
• Successful completion of a credit check review is a condition of employment
• Must be able to use Windows, E-mail, SilverLake, Jack Henry, Excel, Coretrac and data entry
• Must actively participate in community organizations through committees or board assignments; attend local community events to represent the Bank and become a member of service group and/or nonprofit organization(s)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and grow it through new loan solicitations
• Solicit new loans from existing customers and business owners
• Establish new key relationships and increase book of business
• Promote the Bank’s services including deposit accounts and treasury management solutions
• Demonstrate negotiating skills when discussing credit terms, fees, and loan structures
