Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial lending.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation and Outlook.
• Ability to coach and develop a lending team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team in Commercial Lending, Small Business, and Treasury Management.
• Contribute to production goals, performance management, and recruitment.
• Participate as a permanent member of Executive Loan Committee.
• Prepare reports on team and individual goals.
• Resolve client questions and issues with staff.
• Cross-sell bank products to customers.
• Analyze credit worthiness and authorize or recommend credit decisions.
• Monitor loan portfolio risk and collateral management.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and AML procedures.
