Job summary

Jonus Group is recruiting a Commercial Insurance Client Executive in Knoxville to drive growth through new business development and strategic client partnerships. You will deliver customized risk management solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to diverse commercial clients.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing client reviews while supporting retention and book growth in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven success in consultative sales, business development, or commercial insurance production
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty coverages and risk management concepts
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
• Identify client needs and develop tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Lead sales conversations, presentations, and proposal meetings with business decision-makers
• Meet and exceed business development goals while maintaining a consultative approach
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing ongoing guidance and strategic recommendations
• Build long-term relationships that support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Partner with Account Managers, Marketing Specialists, and carrier partners to develop competitive solutions
