Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and inquiries while building strong relationships with clients and carriers to deliver tailored coverage solutions.

Ideal candidates bring Commercial Lines experience, a valid P&C license, and proficiency with agency management software; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in Commercial Lines or account management preferred.
• Familiar with commercial products, policy servicing, and renewal processes beneficial.
• Applied EPIC experience a plus.
• Proficiency in agency management software and standard business applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of Commercial Lines insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide comprehensive account servicing, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and general client inquiries.
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier representatives, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate policy administration and timely resolution of client requests.
• Utilize Applied EPIC to maintain client records, process transactions, and streamline account management workflows.
• Review policy documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
• Stay informed on insurance industry trends, coverage updates, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable client guidance.
• Maintain accurate and organized account documentation while meeting established service standards.
