Jonus Group in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Commercial Insurance Senior Client Manager who acts as a strategic advisor for complex middle-market accounts. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on client leadership, renewal strategy, risk consulting, and guiding a client-service team to deliver superior results.

You will manage executive-level client conversations, develop service plans, review market options with carriers, and mentor teammates while growing key relationships and retaining

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License is required.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management or Brokerage experience.
• Experience managing complex middle-market or large commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of middle-market and complex commercial accounts.
• Lead renewal strategy discussions and stewardship meetings.
• Develop and execute client service plans to support retention, growth, and risk management goals.
• Identify coverage gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for expanded solutions.
• Direct the renewal process from exposure analysis through placement and implementation.
• Review market options, negotiate with carriers, and develop coverage recommendations.
• Prepare and present client-facing proposals, stewardship reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with claims, loss control, compliance, and risk management disciplines.
