Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver tailored risk management solutions, and coordinate with producers and underwriters for a diverse portfolio of accounts.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, and service requests with precision, conduct periodic policy reviews, and ensure outstanding client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as Account Manager in commercial insurance.
• Active and valid P&C License.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage types and practices.
• Excellent customer service with a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts; ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; respond to inquiries and provide guidance on policies.
• Collaborate with sales producers and underwriters to design tailored solutions.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and other transactions accurately.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to discuss coverage options and gaps.
• Assist with claims processing and liaise with insurers for resolution.
• Document client interactions in the agency management system; ensure transparency.
