Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary client contact, respond to inquiries, and guide policy decisions.
• Collaborate with sales producers and underwriters to tailor insurance solutions.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and transactions accurately.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify gaps and evolving needs.
• Assist with claims processing and liaise with insurers.
• Document client interactions in the agency management system.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
