Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Associate Client Manager, Commercial Risk, to serve as a technical resource for clients, advisors, and insurance partners. You will deliver timely renewals, manage endorsements, and work across teams to protect client interests.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related insurance experience, a strong ability to build relationships with markets, and a commitment to accurate, compliant risk management.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of related insurance experience.
• Obtain and maintain a 2-20 state insurance license or other required license within 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Gather information and risk management recommendations for renewals and deliver renewals/binders.
• Assist in managing policy activity including endorsements and invoicing.
• Maintain timeliness and completeness to minimize errors or omissions.
• Handle quotes, changes, and new policies; determine acceptance and collect premiums when applicable.
• Review accounts to identify opportunities for additional lines before renewal.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners and know carrier requirements.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve firm, processes, and operations.
