Qualifications

• Familiarity with small commercial products (BOP, GL, property, commercial auto, workers’ comp, cyber, umbrella, surety/bonds).
• Experience generating leads and driving top-of-funnel opportunities.
• Experience using agency management systems and comparative raters.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new small commercial accounts (revenues under $10M) through prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
• Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on protection and coverage needs.
• Prepare and present quotes by obtaining quotes from multiple carriers using agency systems.
• Meet goals for volume of quality new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
