Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager to ensure successful client service delivery by creating customized plans, negotiating coverage and managing renewals. You will nurture client relationships, maintain accurate data, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial P&C, experience with workers' comp, and strong communication skills. A P&C license or related designations are a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company.
• Experience managing workers' compensation accounts and building trusted client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to service customers.
• Self-starter, highly organized with strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail; ability to interpret complex insurance documents and proposals.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; navigate Agency Management Systems.
• Experience managing marketing processes and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team.
