Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager to deliver tailored services to clients on the Select team. You will build strong client relationships, understand coverage needs, negotiate terms, and manage renewal proposals as well as ongoing service plans.

With 3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, you will coordinate with the team, maintain accurate client information, and help drive a high-energy, detail-oriented service experience for a diverse client base

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to service customers.
• Strong time management and organization to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and understand client needs.
• Negotiate coverage and manage proposals and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client information and deliver a collaborative service experience.
• Support the full marketing process and contract negotiations.
