The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Account Manager to support expansion at an established insurance agency. You will manage a book of business, support new and renewal activity, and maintain strong client retention through proactive account management and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of P&C account management or sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance and policy administration.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business with focus on retention and renewal.
• Plan, direct, and execute the quoting process for new and existing accounts.
• Market and renew accounts across multiple industries.
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors on quotes and endorsements.
• Coordinate implementation and ongoing administration of client accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.
• Prepare and transfer data to external vendors, auditors, and consultants.
• Present information to executive-level stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain documentation in agency management software.
