Ambition Mechanical Services is seeking a high-performing Commercial HVAC Service Sales professional in Tempe, AZ. The role targets selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, and retrofit solutions with strong support, compensation, and growth opportunities in the Valley market.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial HVAC service sales experience, proven success with maintenance contracts, and established relationships in the Tempe/Phoenix market.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service sales experience.
• Proven success selling maintenance agreements and recurring service contracts.
• Existing relationships in the Tempe/Phoenix commercial market.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, controls).
• Demonstrated ability to close competitive takeaways (winning accounts from other providers).
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Target and win service agreement business from competitors in the commercial HVAC space.
• Sell preventative maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades.
• Leverage existing relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
