Job summary

Base Solutions, a Bosch Home Comfort-owned HVAC distributor serving Chicagoland and NW Indiana, seeks a field-based sales professional to drive revenue and manage relationships. You will provide design, take-offs, and technical support for commercial HVAC products while traveling 50-70% of the time within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, blueprint reading, and equipment selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Act as primary contact for accounts with face-to-face consultations and facility visits.
• Perform product demonstrations and deliver technical proposals.
• Track competitor activities and local market trends to stay competitive.
• Manage sales pipelines in CRM tools and coordinate with inside sales and logistics teams.
