Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. in Fishers, IN is seeking a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager to lead field-based sales with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers.

You’ll build relationships, win projects, and grow market share across RTUs, VRF, IAQ, and related systems. You’ll manage your own territory with a focus on designing solutions, delivering accurate bids, and representing the company at industry events while collaborating with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth path

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC or a related technical field.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Build Customer and Project Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers.
• Grow Sales Through Smart Solutions: Sell across our full HVAC product line, including RTUs, VRF systems, and IAQ products.
• Quote and Support Designs: Complete accurate equipment take-offs, build competitive bids, and work with leading manufacturers and our internal teams on proposals that win.
• Represent Us in the Market: Attend industry trade shows and events, promote our HVAC offerings, and build a strong professional network across the region.
• Work as One Team: Partner with our Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations teams so customers get a smooth experience from first quote to final installation.
