Base Solutions, a Bosch Home Comfort-owned company, seeks a field-based sales professional to drive revenue and manage relationships across Chicagoland and NW Indiana. You will sell, engineer, design, and support commercial HVAC products within the territory.

Responsibilities include take-offs, architect/engineer outreach, and value-added design support, with travel 50-70% of time. You will build long-term relationships and deliver technical proposals and quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong communication and analytical skills.
• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Experience with blueprint reading and equipment selection.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients in Chicagoland and NW Indiana.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
• Coordinate with inside sales and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
