Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager to lead field sales in Indiana. You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers, promoting RTUs, VRF, IAQ, and other HVAC solutions to win projects.

You will own your territory, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and grow market share. Requirements include 2–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s a plus), and a valid

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in HVAC or related technical field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers to develop opportunities.
• Grow sales across the full HVAC product line and provide tailored solutions for complex projects.
• Prepare accurate take-offs and competitive bids with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Represent Plumbers Supply Co. at industry events and build a regional network.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
