SERVPRO of Dover/Stillwater is hiring a Commercial Business Development Representative to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the local market. The role requires engaging new clients, presenting SERVPRO solutions, and meeting sales goals while representing the SERVPRO story.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in sales, and be comfortable networking at events and CE sessions to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and territory reports.
• Increase territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
