Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA seeks a Manager, Commercial Development to translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive category growth, customer partnerships, and executional excellence for Gerber within the Nutrition division.

This role activates insight-led strategies, enables omni‑channel activation, and aligns cross‑functional priorities to deliver short‑ to midterm business impact. It will drive WIC strategy and medical marketing initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
Preferred experience includes WIC-approved products, engagement with state WIC agencies, and medical marketing initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
Knowledge of core business processes (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning, Financial Reporting, HR Policies, Traceability, Quality Fundamentals).
Knowledge of Strategic and Integrated Commercial Planning process.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales volume, market share growth, and manage trade spend targets for assigned categories/segments.
Integrate insights into actionable commercial strategies and co-create 4P plans with cross-functional teams.
Develop channel strategies and ensure integration into customer plans and pipelines.
Support customer segmentation, and build MBP strategies including e-commerce and gateway partners.
