Job summary

Pioneer Contract Services, a leading turnkey commercial interior solutions provider in Texas, seeks a Commercial Account Executive to grow our client base, forge strong relationships with decision-makers, and deliver flooring and related solutions across projects.

You will collaborate with contractors, owners, and our project team to coordinate pricing, proposals, and scheduling while traveling to industry events and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience in an account executive/territory manager/business development role in building, construction management, or commercial floor installation.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 35% and attend industry trade shows.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales in flooring/construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain a list of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Collaborate with suppliers, building owners, and general contractors to select products meeting budget and project needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and end users; present flooring options, installation, and maintenance.
• Submit pricing quotes; ensure contract accuracy with leadership; manage RFIs, submittals, materials ordering, and scheduling.
• Oversee job site visits for quality control; manage changes and cost proposals; ensure timely installations.
• Assist project team with change orders, billings, and close-out documentation.
