Job summary

Diverzify is seeking an Account Executive to guide clients in selecting flooring solutions for bulk buyers and large corporations. You will conduct daily sales calls, develop new business, and provide turnkey services to facilities managers, architects, designers, general contractors, and property managers.

Responsibilities include presenting options, coordinating with design firms on samples, managing budgets and costs, and delivering cost-saving ideas while overseeing projects of all sizes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; strong sales background preferred across B2B, construction, or flooring sectors.
• Experience in reading blueprints and technical specs.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and attend industry trade shows.
• Proven track record of selling to facilities managers, architects, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain a list of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Collaborate with suppliers, architects, designers, building owners, and contractors to select products meeting budget and project needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, end users, and architects, and present flooring options.
• Submit pricing quotes and ensure contract accuracy with leadership; manage RFIs, submittals, materials ordering, and scheduling.
• Oversee site visits for quality control, manage changes and cost proposals, and ensure timely installation.
• Coordinate change orders, billings, and close-out documentation with the project team.
