Job summary

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our commercial and fleet business. The role involves field prospecting, developing new accounts, and strengthening relationships with local businesses and municipalities.

You will own the sales process from initial outreach to delivery, work with fleet vehicles, pricing, and financing programs, and represent Crown Automotive Group in the market with integrity and drive.

Qualifications

• At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Strong relationship building and account management skills.
• Experience with business owners, commercial accounts, municipalities and fleet customers.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks, vans and fleet vehicle applications.
• Understanding of pricing, gross profit, financing, incentives and fleet programs.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to delivery and ongoing account management.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow fleet and commercial business by developing new accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Get out into the market: calls, visits, networking to create opportunities.
• Own the sales pipeline from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.
