This full-time, commission-based role emphasizes new business development, strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; additional sales training is a plus.
• Experience in automotive, commercial, fleet, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new commercial accounts through outbound calls, networking, site visits, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build relationships with fleet managers, business owners, municipalities, and community organizations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, fleet pricing, and bid responses; manage CRM pipeline.
