Job summary

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our commercial and fleet business in the local market. If you have a strong automotive sales background, experience with commercial customers, and a proven ability to develop new business and build long term customer relationships, we want to talk with you.

This role requires prospecting, visiting businesses, and managing the full sales process from initial contact through delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Experience with business owners, commercial accounts, municipalities, and fleet customers.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks, vans, and fleet vehicle applications.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicles.
• Strong understanding of pricing, gross profit, financing, incentives, and manufacturer fleet programs.
• Ability to manage the sales process from prospecting through delivery and account management.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills.
